The ICON team is:
Kelly Hodgins, Feeding 9 Billion and ICON Program Coordinator, Instructor
Kelly is a social justice and agriculture advocate. A lifetime of farming and researching in various areas has fostered her enormous respect for the actors across the entire food chain, but also allowed her to identify the shortcomings of today’s food system. Running the food-security program Feeding 9 Billion, she gets to design programs that motivate other young people to improve the food system. As a coordinator and mentor for the Ideas Congress class, she gets to live her passion: engaging the next generation of changemakers to develop real-life solutions to food security problems.
